QUICK-PEEK CLASSES by TYPE or STYLE

I have listed all classes below by type of class or style of dance in case you only wanna study one thing, you will notice none of the other similar classes overlap. Yay! And, if you'd like to vary your learning experience, this list will aid you in your pursuit to become the best well-rounded and educated dancer you can be! Yay, again!

Categories are:
*American Tribal Style (ATS) / Synchronized Group Improvisation
*Tribal or Other Fusion
*Traditional Ethnic Dance (our "root" forms no matter what style of bellydance you prefer!)
*Other (Lectures, Critique Class, Media Marketing, Music, Fire, Anatomy, etc.)
*Gothic or Burlesque Dances

You will notice that some classes have virtues from more than one category.

Jane Archer - her signature style was probably the first "Tribal Fusion". Coming from a strong ATS and Oriental background gave Jane inspiration to create her format for Neo-Tribal Belly Dance.
Pollitti Ashcraft - Tribal Fusion

Atlantis - "Other Fusion": "The Original Fusionista" will fuse elements of Indian, African and Flamenco dance with belly dance!

*Other (History Lecture, Critique Class, Media Marketing, Music, Fire, Sword. Anatomy, PURE, etc.)
Sarah Johansson Locke - Embodied Dance: Anatomy for Dancers (part lecture and part dance)
Riz & Johanna 'Xenobia' - Fire Dance Technique, Safety, Props, Toys, and Fire Belly Dance
Kajira Djoumahna - Will lecture and take questions re: the world's oldest dance and it's youngest styles. History from Paleolithic through Present Day included with an emphasis on the development of ATS & Tribal Fusion.
Dawn Pillsbury - Lecture re: Media Marketing - How to get yourself "out there"!
Anaar - Lecture and Dance: Safe and Sane Critique canceled :(
Raquy and The Cavemen - Percussion Ensemble Class! Yes, drums and cymbals in one class! People keep asking for drum classes (the cymbal ones always sell out) but then only 5 or 6 drummers show up to their own class. So I had the brilliant idea of combining these instruments (since you gotta play together eventually anyway, after all!) and found a group willing and VERY able to teach these subjects together. SOLD OUT
Darshan - Will teach for the first time in CA what she, Sarah Johansson Locke and Kaeshi of NYC co-created: PURE! (Public Urban Ritual Experiment). This is not your "usual class".....
Sabine - Dangerous Sword Technique
