TRIBAL FEST™ STAFF INFO

Thank you for considering becoming Staff for Tribal Fest™! We cannot proceed without YOU and will be eternally grateful if you can help us out. Tell your friends and partners as well, work the same times and then party together at The Fest.

The days we need you are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

PAY:

1. Each full shift gets you in free on the day you work. (Value: $15-$20!) Shifts run about 3 to 4 hours depending upon the day and the job.

2. If you work two full shifts over the weekend, you will receive a VIP wristband good for admission to The Show on all 3 days. (Value: $50!)

3. If you work three shifts, besides your VIP wristband you will also receive a Tribal Fest commemorative shirt (or DVD from Kajira’s 5 titles, your choice), and a $5 discount coupon for our on-site caterer. (Value: $70!)

4. Work even more than that and you will be paid $40 cash plus all the above! (Value: $110!)

VERY IMPORTANT: Once you’ve decided which day/s and approximate times you can work, please tell us by emailing: TribalFest@aol.com or calling (24 hours OK): 808.891.8891. Check your class schedule first, as I will work your shift around your classes, so tell me which ones you’re enrolled in when you contact me.

          Tell us your day/s and available hours you’d like to work (such as morning, afternoon, evening). We will choose your job for you within the times and days you tell us. Some tasks are more important than others, so please be flexible as far as your position goes, thanks!

          Be sure to include in your message your email address and phone number/s, as we may need to call you to discuss details in a more timely manner. Let us know which phone number works when, and what part of the country you’re from (or time zone) so we don’t disturb you too late in the evening.

          If you plan to perform, please let me know when you contact me. I will schedule your performance so it doesn’t conflict with your classes or Staff position/s. Staff who take classes are scheduled to perform early on in the process and are virtually guaranteed a dance spot if you ask to be Staff before Feb. 15. I treat my Staff well and value your time! This is the least I can do to reward you for helping us out. Performance spots are valuable at Tribal Fest™ and unfortunately not everyone who applies can get on stage. Staff will get on stage time, so helping us helps you, too.
