Program Advertising

Advertise Yourself, Troupe, Event, Business, or ? in The TF Program

Tribal Fest will continue to provide actual, real, full-size PROGRAMS! Glossy paper front and back, and lots of room for your ads. You know, the kind of program people actually keep, so they can contact you year-round! We will not be placing the actual Show lineup on the Site, Facebook or Tribe - it will ONLY be listed in The Program, so festival-goers are sure to see your ad.

Price breakdown:

quarter page ad size: up to 5.5" tall x 4.25" wide = $35                              

half page ad size: up to 5.5" tall x 8.5" wide = $50                                     

full page ad size: up to 11" tall x 8.5" wide = $75                                       

centerfold (two pages that fill the center): $160 (SOLD!)                                            

inside front or back glossy cover (full page, 11" x 8.5") = $95  (BOTH ARE SOLD!) 
                
back cover (full page, 11" x 8.5") = $110  (SOLD!)                                                

Do not send Ad money to the graphic artist. See “Method of Payment” below. Thank you!

All ads must be camera-ready, no exceptions! Ads will be printed in black ink only.

** VERY IMPORTANT **:

All artwork must be sent directly to Politti Ashcraft of Obsidian Graphics. Ads will be accepted by EMAIL or CD ROM ONLY. NO hard copies (paper) at all. For emailed ads, use one of these PC formats only: PDF, TIF or JPG - created or scanned at least 300 dpi. Ads that do not follow these requirements will NOT be used.

Method of Payment for Ads

Checks or Money Orders only are accepted for your Ads. Do send me the Ad Payment, but don’t send me your ad.

Deadlines and Preferred Method of Mailing

The deadline for your ad and ad payment is April 10 or anytime before then.
